Coordination Services

Allow us to assist you with decor set-up and tear-down as well as full day-of coordination services! We will provide the support you need to make your day as stress-free as possible by taking care of all the details of the day - big and small. 

All services can be customized for your convenience and to fit your budget. All of our add-on set-up, tear-down and coordination services can be booked without a rental order. Please note, we do require that you have a venue booked prior to hiring us for coordination services.

Decor Set-up

The wedding morning can fly by and bring unexpected challenges. Let us decorate your event space for you! This will allow you, your wedding party, and family to relax and enjoy your time getting ready for the day.

We are happy to decorate using the items you have rented from us and anything you are bringing on your own including items like centerpieces, table numbers, place cards, welcome tables, signage, dessert tables, and more.

Decor Tear-Down

At the end of your wedding night, the last thing you want to do is clean up! We are happy to return to your venue and remove all of your decor, centerpieces, and gifts. We will pack up your belongings and move them to a designated vehicle or location. Decor tear-down typically begins 1 - 1.5 hours before the end of your event. Please note, we do not transport your personal items offsite from your venue.

Day-of Coordination

Hiring a day-of coordinator has become a priority to many couples to help them enjoy their day, stress-free. We understand that you have spent months planning the perfect day. Our goal is to make sure your vision comes to life! Our experience allows us to prevent wedding day mishaps, and if any issues do arise, we ensure they are handled discreetly and quickly. Often times, our couples tell us they had no idea anything was even wrong! Prior to the wedding day, we will meet with you to collect all final event details and assist you in creating a wedding day timeline. We will then coordinate with all of your vendors to ensure a smooth day. 

You are able to choose to hire us for a partial or full day based on your needs and budget. We are happy to be flexible in our services to ensure you are getting what you need!

The services included with day-of coordination are:

  • Email support prior to the wedding
  • Access to wedding planning resources (budget template, planning checklist, day-of timeline, and much more!)
  • Vendor recommendations
  • Venue walk-through
  • One meeting 4-6 weeks prior to the wedding to discuss the final details including timeline, logistics, and vendor information
  • Outreach to vendors to confirm final details and timeline
  • Creation and distribution of the final wedding day timeline
  • Supervision of the rehearsal
  • Wedding day coordination including vendor management, decor set-up, ceremony processional line-up and cues, moving decor from the ceremony to reception space, and overall management of the day-of timeline

Please note, decor tear-down is not included with day-of coordination services, but can be included as an add-on service!

A La Carte Services

Are you looking for help with other planning tasks? We are happy to offer our expertise to assist you with tasks such as vendor comparisons and contracting, hotel room block contracting, and more. A La Carte Assistance is charged per hour.
