Hiring a day-of coordinator has become a priority to many couples to help them enjoy their day, stress-free. We understand that you have spent months planning the perfect day. Our goal is to make sure your vision comes to life! Our experience allows us to prevent wedding day mishaps, and if any issues do arise, we ensure they are handled discreetly and quickly. Often times, our couples tell us they had no idea anything was even wrong! Prior to the wedding day, we will meet with you to collect all final event details and assist you in creating a wedding day timeline. We will then coordinate with all of your vendors to ensure a smooth day.
You are able to choose to hire us for a partial or full day based on your needs and budget. We are happy to be flexible in our services to ensure you are getting what you need!
The services included with day-of coordination are:
- Email support prior to the wedding
- Access to wedding planning resources (budget template, planning checklist, day-of timeline, and much more!)
- Vendor recommendations
- Venue walk-through
- One meeting 4-6 weeks prior to the wedding to discuss the final details including timeline, logistics, and vendor information
- Outreach to vendors to confirm final details and timeline
- Creation and distribution of the final wedding day timeline
- Supervision of the rehearsal
- Wedding day coordination including vendor management, decor set-up, ceremony processional line-up and cues, moving decor from the ceremony to reception space, and overall management of the day-of timeline
Please note, decor tear-down is not included with day-of coordination services, but can be included as an add-on service!
