Meet Andrea & Ali

Hello! We are Andrea and Ali, the faces behind Champagne Event Rentals. We understand that every detail counts in creating unforgettable experiences for your guests, and we want to assist you in bringing your vision to life. Our rental items and comprehensive coordination services will ensure that your special day goes off without a hitch and leaves a lasting impression.

Our Story

Andrea began her journey in the wedding industry by opening With This Ring, offering day-of coordination services to couples in Southeast Wisconsin. You can check out With This Ring's rave reviews on Wedding Wire. In addition to running With This Ring, Andrea has also worked at two Wisconsin wedding venues.

Ali has years of wedding industry experience from working in a bridal shop to coordinating weddings and working at two Wisconsin wedding venues.

Andrea & Ali met while working at the same wedding venue and quickly became friends. Conversations about our mutual love for weddings and design turned into discussions of owning a business together, and so Champagne Event Rentals was born! Andrea & Ali have successfully executed over 300 weddings combined and can't wait to put that experience to work for you!

  • Our rental process is simple and convenient. First, select your rental duration. Then, browse our carefully curated collection of event decor pieces. Add items that you'd like to rent to your cart and proceed to checkout.

  • We offer rental pick-ups on Thursdays and rental returns on Mondays. Your rental period should be Thursday to Monday for the weekend you need your rental items. If you need a custom date period, please reach out to us!

  • We certainly can! We do offer decor set-up and tear-down services as well as full day-of coordination services. Check out our Coordination Services page for more details on these additional services!

  • Accidents can happen, and we understand that. Please notify us immediately if you accidentally damage a rented item. Depending on the damage extent, you may incur additional charges, which will be communicated to you. We strongly recommend reviewing our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions regarding damages. We take great care to maintain the quality of our items, so we appreciate your honesty and timely reporting of any issues.

  • Of course, you may choose to cancel your rental order if you would like to. However, your initial deposit of 50% of your rental order total is non-refundable. If you decide to cancel your rental order, your non-refundable 50% deposit payment can be used towards a different rental order for a future event.
